My dog Micky had laryngeal paralysis and had the tieback procedure done a few months ago. She is doing very well and breathes very easily now. However, since the procedure she produces a thick white foam at times. Mostly when I take her for walks. Her doctor didn’t seem to think it had anything to do with the surgery but I’m still concerned. Any comments? She coughs alot too but otherwise has a normal appetite and activity. I believe the coughing is normal with that type of surgery.
