my 1 yr old sheltie had bladder infection ,plus she had calcium oxolate cyrstals in urine. we are done with antibiotics . we go for another urine sample ,if she has no cyrstals can i give her calcium citrate or potassium citrate? which one would be the best to help them from not forming. her ph was 5.4. right now we are still on royal canin urinary so a perscription food that stinks. i need to find something to help so they dont form so i can put her on a good grain free dog food. i cant do raw.
