Private vet consultations with Dr Jeff

Private consultations are billed at $250 per hour. As a client of Dr. Jeff’s private practice, you can choose the level you want to interact with him.

  • 100 new client spots per year, and only available to Holistic Actions! members. These appointments combine detailed health evaluations with whole-istic treatments.
  • 10 Elite Concierge Coaching and Care clients per year. An elite concierge service for additional guidance and fine-tuning to your progress towards lifelong pet wellness.

What to expect at your first appointment

Dr. Jeffʼs 2-hour initial consultation offers a deep dive into your petʼs entire health history, using all available records. This thorough approach ensures that all factors contributing to your petʼs wellness are considered, providing a whole-istic picture of your petʼs health and setting the foundation for personalized care.

Dr. Jeff examines the complete medical records and diagnostic test results of your pet during the initial evaluation. This ensures Dr. Jeff has a full understanding of your pet’s past health, lifestyle (diet, activity, personal preferences, etc.), behaviour, and any chronic conditions. This level of detail allows for a more accurate assessment of underlying health patterns.

After the initial consultation, periodic 30-minute rechecks are scheduled to monitor your petʼs progress. These rechecks are essential to adjust care plans as needed, ensuring that your pet continues on the path to optimal wellness.

As part of the Holistic Actions! membership, you have ongoing access to Dr. Jeff through the HA! forum, where you can ask questions both publicly and privately of Dr. Jeff, the other HA! vets, and the community. This collaborative environment fosters proactive and informed decision-making.

Members also have the benefit of 1:1 monthly HMDM calls, where Dr. Jeff and other HA! faculty members offer guidance on complex health decisions and offer support. These calls provide additional insight, allowing you to make the best choices for your petʼs ongoing health and wellness.
