I have a 2 year old female cat that I adopted a year ago. She is like a child to me and gets all of my and my fiance's attention. We are going to be getting a Yorkie puppy in a few weeks, and I have some fears. I know that they won't get along like best buds at first. But, does anyone have ideas on how I can get them to cohabitate? I know that I have to show my cat extra attemtion and feed them apart...but any suggestions from experience?
