URGENT: found stray kitty/special needs (compressed spinal canal)/ Seymour, CT needs home please hel

I have found a cat, who has no feelings in the hind legs, she eats,
drinks, goes to the bathroom-not sure if she can use the litter---and drags herself when walking....would your firm be able to take the kitty as I can not keep her since my two adult males cats already are not happy...If not can you point me in a direction as to who I may contact....I took the kitty to my vet and he said:

The vet took an xray. the cat as a malformed vertebrae in the spine up by the chest area..there is the slightest bit of control in the hind legs, looks like the spinal canal is compressed causing the cord to be compressed, in order to get a better look would need an mri done to see if the cat would be a candidate for spinal surgery...if the cat cant have sugery then just make her comfortable by keeping her clean and feeding her and letting her live out her life. the issue will only continue to get worse if she cant have surgery..this is gonna be out of my ball park...I can get a picture to you as soon as I can as I am at work now...if you can help me in anyway I would greatly appreciate it,,guidance,,who to call and turn...she is grey with green eyes,,purrs up a storm!
