PCOs are a special class of water-soluble bioflavonoids that are potent antioxidants. In some comparative tests, PCOs were found to be 50 times more potent than Vitamin E and 20 times more potent than Vitamin C as antioxidants. PCOs normalize the release of histamine from mast cells.
