At 2.5% benzoyl peroxide (BP), this formulation is stabilized (and given additional nutritional value) by the worlds best natural antioxidant, Vitamin E. It is the only BP (which is a "follicular flushing" agent) product on the market to contain both sulfur and salicylic acid in an all natural base containing a natural, herbal fragrance and moisturizers. It assists in the treatment of Hot Spots, pyodermas (skin infections), lick granulomas, acne, oily seborrhea, greasy skin, Staph infections, skin fold infections and many other diseases requiring an antimicrobial shampoo. It stands alone in its ability to flush out hair follicles filled with infectious microbes.

The only comparative product is Sulfoxidex (DVM) which contains sulfur but not salicylic acid.
